1. Operator

2. What we offer

ShopsPlans offers construction plans as digital PDF files: drawings, parts lists, fastener tables and step-by-step assembly instructions. No physical goods are shipped. Photos, renderings, videos and 3D models on the website illustrate the finished project; your result may look different depending on materials, finishes and workmanship.

3. Ordering and prices

Online checkout on this website is not open yet. Until then you can buy plans on our Etsy shop, where Etsy terms also apply, or contact us by email. Prices are shown in US dollars. Any taxes or fees are shown before you pay. A contract is formed when we confirm your order and payment.

4. Licence to use a plan

When you buy a plan, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the file for building the project for your own use. You may print the plan and keep copies for yourself.

• You may not resell, share, publish or upload the file or parts of it, including on file-sharing sites and social media.
• You may not use the plan to build items for sale without a separate written commercial licence from us.
• You may not remove copyright notices from the file.

5. Intellectual property

All plans, texts, drawings, images, videos, 3D models and the design of the website are protected by copyright and belong to ShopsPlans or its licensors. Any use beyond the licence above requires our prior written consent.

6. Building safely

Plans are guidance for experienced do-it-yourself builders. You are responsible for checking that a project suits your site, loads, climate and materials, for following local building codes and obtaining permits, and for using tools and protective equipment safely. For structures that carry people or heavy loads, or where you are unsure, have the design checked by a qualified professional before building.

7. Accuracy

We check every plan carefully, but errors cannot be ruled out completely. Always check measurements and quantities before cutting and buying materials. If you find an error, please tell us and we will correct the plan and send you the updated file.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damage caused by improper construction, unsuitable materials, failure to follow local regulations or improper use of tools. Nothing in these terms limits liability for intent or gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, or any rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.

9. Use of the website

You may not disrupt the website, bypass its security or copy its content automatically on a large scale. We may change, pause or discontinue the website or individual offers at any time.

10. Applicable law

These terms are governed by the law of Georgia. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of the country where you live.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The version valid at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
