Refund policy

Our plans are digital files that you can use immediately after delivery. This policy explains when you can get your money back.
1. Faulty or wrong files
If the file cannot be opened, is incomplete, or differs materially from the description on the product page, write to support@shopsplans.com within 30 days of your purchase. We will send a corrected file or refund the full price, whichever you prefer.
2. Right of withdrawal for consumers
If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you generally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. For digital content that is not supplied on a physical medium, this right ends once the download or access begins, if you expressly agreed to immediate delivery and acknowledged that you lose the right of withdrawal. Until delivery begins, you can withdraw without giving a reason by writing to support@shopsplans.com.
3. Change of mind
Because a plan cannot be returned once it has been downloaded, we do not offer refunds just because you changed your mind after delivery. If a plan does not meet your expectations, tell us why: we often can help with a question about the build.
4. Purchases on Etsy
For plans bought on our Etsy shop, refunds are processed through Etsy under this policy and Etsy's own rules.
5. How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are paid back with the same payment method you used, within 14 days of our confirmation. Please include your order number and the name of the plan in your request.
