1. Who is responsible

2. Data we process when you visit the website

When you open a page, your browser automatically sends technical information to our server. The server records it in log files:

• IP address of the requesting device
• date and time of the request
• requested page or file and the result of the request
• the page you came from (referrer), if your browser sends it
• browser type and version, operating system

We use this data only to deliver the website, keep it secure and find errors. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a stable and secure website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Log files are deleted automatically after 14 days, unless a specific security incident requires us to keep them longer.

3. Cookies

The website uses only cookies that are necessary for it to work: they remember the language you chose, your answer to the cookie notice, and, if you have an account, keep you signed in and protect the forms. We do not use analytics, advertising or social media cookies. Details are in our cookie policy.

4. No tracking and no third-party content

We do not use analytics tools, tracking pixels, advertising networks or social media plugins. Fonts, scripts and the 3D viewer are served from our own server, so opening the website does not send your data to font or script providers.

5. When you contact us

If you write to support@shopsplans.com, we process your email address, your name if you give it, and the content of your message to answer you and, where relevant, to deliver or support a plan you bought (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) or because of our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Messages to our address are forwarded by our domain provider Porkbun LLC (USA) to a mailbox hosted by Google (USA). We keep correspondence as long as needed to handle your request and as required by tax and commercial law, and delete it afterwards.

6. Purchases

Online checkout on this website is not open yet. If you buy a plan through Etsy, Etsy processes your order data as an independent controller under its own privacy policy. If you buy directly by email, we process your name, email address and order and payment details to fulfil the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and keep invoice records for the period required by law (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).

7. Hosting and recipients

The website runs on a server rented from Contabo GmbH, Germany, located in the European Union. Contabo processes data on our behalf under a data processing agreement. Apart from the providers named in this policy, we do not pass your data to third parties unless the law requires it. We do not sell personal data and do not share it for advertising.

8. Transfers outside your country

We operate from Georgia, and our email forwarding and mailbox providers are located in the USA. Where data leaves the European Economic Area, the transfer relies on the safeguards those providers offer, such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.

9. Your rights

Depending on the law that applies to you, you have the right to:

• get information about the personal data we hold about you
• have incorrect data corrected
• have your data deleted or its processing restricted
• receive your data in a common machine-readable format
• object to processing based on legitimate interests
• withdraw a consent you gave, with effect for the future
• lodge a complaint with a data protection authority, for example in your country of residence or with the Personal Data Protection Service of Georgia

10. Children

The website is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

We update this policy when the website or the law changes. The current version is always available on this page with its date.
